Suitable for the introduction of the first menus only after the 4th month. Check with your pediatrician, family doctor or nutritionist. With breast milk: Dilute 5 tablespoons of porridge (about 25g) in 130 ml of warm breast milk. Attention: To keep the valuable nutrients, do not heat the milk to more than 40ºC. With transition milk – after 6 months:
Bring to a boil 150ml of water and cool to a temperature of around 50ºC. First dilute 6 measures of phase 2 infant transition milk. Then add 3-4 tablespoons of porridge (about 18g). Non-dairy preparations (after the 4th month): Prepare a fruit porridge with 70ml of boiled water, 2 tablespoons of organic oat flakes porridge (about 10g) and 100g of jar fruits or freshly pressed fruits. You can also mix 2 tablespoons of organic oat flakes with 200g of hot vegetables. 1 tablespoon of organic porridge = about 5g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the packaging should be consumed within 3 to 4 weeks.
