Suitable for the introduction of the first menus only after the 4th month. Check with your pediatrician, family doctor or nutritionist. Do not heat in the microwave – risk of overheating. With breast milk: Dilute 5 tablespoons of organic rice flakes (about 25g) in 130ml of warm breast milk. Attention: to conserve valuable nutrients, do not heat breast milk to more than 40ºC. With transitional milk (after the 6th month): Bring to a boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to a temperature of around 50ºC. First dilute 5 measures of transitional milk for infants, phase 2. Then add 3- 4 tablespoons of Bio rice flakes porridge (about 18g).
1 tablespoon of porridge = 5g for 1 measure of infant milk = 4.7g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 3 to 4 weeks.
