Ingredients: Olive oil from an agricultural farm located in the Municipality of Mirandela, whose olive groves have been treated, since the 90’s, according to the requirements of organic farming. The olives used in the production of this oil belong to the varieties Verdeal, Madural and Cobrançosa. After the olive harvest, it is immediately transported to the mill, ground in beaten stone greyhounds. The extraction of oil is done at low temperature, giving rise to a high quality nectar. Acidity: 0.3%.
