Ingredients: WHEAT gluten, whole WHEAT flour, water, SOYBEAN sauce [water, SOYBEAN 20.6%, whole WHEAT, sea salt, and koji (aspergillus oryzae)]. Contains gluten and soy. High in protein and low in fat. 100% vegetable. It was one of the foods created in the Orient to meet the needs of vegetarian food. Obtained through wheat flour by separating the starch with water, leaving the protein portion which is then cooked with soy sauce – giving it its characteristic brown color.
Use Mode: Consume cooked, breaded, sautéed or in the oven. Store in a refrigerator between 0°C and 6°C. After opening the package, keep in the refrigerator covered with water and consume within 4 days.
