Ingredients: Red wine. A blend with the varieties Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Tinta Barroca, very well achieved. With a yield of 30 hl / ha, this Humus Red 2012 aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Wine that is neither glued nor filtered may over time create a deposit. In Portugal, the natural wine movement is only now beginning to make its way. Ricardo Filipe, producer of Humus wines (Óbidos), is the main face of this movement.
Alcohol content: 13%
Serve at 16ºC to 18ºC.
